Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship worldwide, with flat-rate shipping depending on your region:

  • United Kingdom (including Isle of Man & Guernsey) — Free Shipping

  • Europe — £10 flat rate

  • United States & Canada — £12 flat rate

  • Australia & New Zealand — £12 flat rate

  • Rest of World (all other countries) — £15 flat rate


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times include both processing and transit:

  • United Kingdom (including Isle of Man & Guernsey): 5 – 7 business days

  • Europe: 7 – 12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 12 business days

  • Rest of World (all other countries): 8 – 16 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
